Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Baymen Soccer Club and Bayport Travel Soccer directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:

Baymen Soccer Club will offer refunds to players who no longer wish to participate in club activities. Refunds will not be available after the 3rd week of the season in which the child starts playing.
The amount refunded by the club will be equal to 75% of the amount paid for that player.
All requests for refunds will be processed through the Boys Intramural coordinator, the Girls Intramural coordinator or the Intramural Commissioner.
This will insure that:
1. The coach knows that the player will not be playing in the upcoming season.
2. The team roster has been adjusted.
3. Two board members have approved the refund
4. The treasurer will advise the coordinator or commissioner once the refund has been mailed.
